I'm rewriting this section, so any information wont be accurate. I'm thinking about fully or partially covering shipping. I also will probably us shopify for my business instead of emailing it and having it be very confusing. however the refund policy remains the same.

As you can probably tell, my photos have a watermark to prevent unauthorized use. When you purchase from me, you can choose to include a handwritten signature on every photo (e.g the Zion photo will have a unique signature different from my Crater Lake photos), or opt for the raw image without any marking. 

If your photo arrives with a defect, such as a plane streak, that shouldn’t be there, I offer a 100% refund with valid proof. Please include pictures of the mistake. If the issue is clear, I will provide a refund.

I reserve the right to not issue a refund if it does not meet the requirements above.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping is not free. Normally, I would adjust prices to cover shipping costs, but since I ship throughout the mainland US, I cannot guarantee enough profit. Therefore, shipping costs will vary based on your location. If you are closer to Utah (e.g., Arizona or California), shipping will be cheaper compared to places like Maine. This way, you can potentially save money.
